You can hand it to the driver, or drop it at our nearest agency so that its owner can claim it.
If you have lost or forgotten an item in one of our buses, contact Customer Care as quickly as possible, by calling + 212 5 20 55 20 55 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., 7 days a week, and describe the lost item (type, size, colours…).
If your item is found, you will be informed of the name of the agency where you can pick it up. Please provide an identification document and proof confirming that you are the item’s owner.
