With a certification in universal accessibility standards, Alsa has implemented several measures to ensure optimal comfort for passengers with reduced mobility. These include priority ramps, dedicated spaces, and priority seats specifically designed for PRMs.
The elderly and pregnant women
Beyond the mutual respect that should prevail among passengers on board, Alsa calls for courtesy and civility towards pregnant women and elderly people, who require greater comfort and well-being to ensure a smooth and pleasant journey.
